One whole year of faster delivery, increased product availability and improved operations, has allowed us to continue and increase our supply to our European-based customers. This month we are celebrating the first anniversary of the opening of our European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Poland – and what a year it has been with over 3,000,000 stock quantities dispatched and 16,000 orders sent out so far!

Our Managing Director Mark Howard loves a challenge! In 2019 he drove the Silk Road from China to Cornwall, over 14,000 miles for charity! During the pandemic Mark was looking for a new challenge to keep him busy. With travel out of the question he looked closer to home and decided to walk the coast path around his home county of Cornwall. As he got further into his challenge he decided to extend his adventure and continue walking the beautiful coastal path around the rest of the Southwest.

We understand that product imagery is an important sales tool, for us and for you. That’s why our product photos have always been available for you to use on your own websites, social media, and other sales platforms. At Puckator we have our own photography department, which allows us to photograph the stock as soon as we receive it, as well as ensuring you have the best quality photos possible.

The short answer is yes, the global supply chain issues we have all been experiencing over the last few years are still causing disruption and continue to present a challenge for the global economy. We are all feeling the effects of the global supply chain disruption with delays to stock arriving in the UK, shortages or certain items and increase in the cost of living.

As we have all witnessed the lives of Ukrainians have been turned upside down by the Russian invasion. Our offices and warehouses have followed in the worlds footsteps by donating and supporting this humanitarian crisis in any way they can.

We stock over 300 different types and fragrances of incense, which to a newcomer can seem a little daunting.  However, there are some key scents and brands to look out for, so a good place to start is with the most well-known and widely used; the directly lighting cone and incense sticks.

On Friday 22^nd of October staff members, their families and local businesses representatives headed to our EDC in Poland for the official grand opening and ribbon-cutting event.

The Puckator Family, new and old, in the UK and Poland, have all pulled together to get our EDC operational this Autumn, and we would like to thank them all, as well as our customers who have been patient and understanding during this time.  With the project continuing to move forward at a pace, it won’t be long before more orders are fulfilled in Polan
